As STEM students, we are often seen as superior compared to other strands, assuming that we are born into this world equipped with the knowledge, pursuing such challenging goals, facing whatever impediments that come in our way. In result our struggles are often dismissed. But once before our peak, our biggest strengths were once our biggest weakness. In this world filled with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, the VUCA world is unrelenting to our younger selves. Once the outspoken Jasmine Quiba was uninterested and had not yet discovered her talent hidden in her voice.
